The room of this place was recently refurbished and light filled for clothes to hang. I was pleased with exceptional service. I think the hotel was beautifully appointed, would stay here again.

The shower is really really small in an unresonble way!!! The whole bathroom is in the size of a airplane toilets!

It was an incredible base for sightseeing in London. The staff we met were amazingly great, particularly the very helpful management team. Our standard double room with a lovely view was ready when we arrived.

The friendly greeting, from senior managment to the ladys who served a great brekfast at 7: 30 in the morning.
Could not find fault,cannot wait to see it when the outside is finally painted and the scafolding is removed

Everything was excellent. the services were excellent. - They offered ironing at no cost. - the accommodation was in a very central location near a tube station

Excellent location near Paddington Station, good restaurants in the area. Delicious in-house breakfast. Good water pressure and hot water for showering. Helpful staff in contacting airlines during emergency.
Insufficient heating for winter months and lift not operational. Luggage storage had no security feature and was self-serviced.

Very easy access to Paddington station. Functional sleep over for budget trip to London Nice staff in breakfast room. Good service.
Not very friendly meet and greet whilst checking in. Although other staff latter on duty slightly more friendly. No chain lock or spy hole on the room door, therefore you would have had to open the door if someone knocked ( at 3 in the morning ) Very old fashioned TV ( although that was amusing )

The breakfast was tasty and gorgeous with very nice coffee and really good tea. The location was great, just a short walk to a bridge, tube station, and many convenient stores and restaurants.- The area was good and we even visited KFC nearby.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Good and solid breakfast with enough variety. Attractive interior. The hotel is near a metro station. There four good restaurants in the neighbourhood. Wi-fi is paid, but fast and stable.
I feel necessary to mention that the taps in the bathroom sink are separate for hot and cold water. The shower is OK. Though the beds were made and the towels were changed every day, the floor was not vacuumed and the window and curtains were dirty. But the last thing is usual for such type of hotels.
